My role is to oversee the development and execution of NIC Partner's Strategic Plan, to manage the NIC Partners team, and to ensure all customers, vendors and employees have a consistent and positive experience as it relates to NIC Partners.

Managing Partner

I actively work on NIC Partners 5 year strategic plan objective, which is to build the company to 7 million dollars in services revenue along with 50 million in product sales. At the same time, I am building a strong experienced management team and employees who live within our company values mindset (Fair Play, Family Friendly, Tech Friendly, Good Works, Have Fun, Kick Ass)

I am very interested in "Double Goal" Coaching, working on TKD black belt (March 2010), and enjoy spending time with family.
