I am a born & raised Southern California native who eventually lost her perma-tan after relocating to Seattle for a few years. I obtained a Masters Degree in Experimental Psychology from CSU Fresno. So, like all good psych majors, I got married, and soon after started working in the telecommunications industry!? Nine years later, I find myself still strangely fascinated with technology innovations and solution building. My industry experience includes project management for the first of the Starbucks wireless internet cafe rollouts, designing Telecom carrier services for customer's WANs and Voice needs, and over the last 5 years providing IP Telephony and Data Networking design and sales support. I am currently in hot pursuit of my Cisco Network Associate and Design certifications.

I am outnumbered 3 to 1 by my bicycling-obsessed husband, insect-loving 6-year old son, and our sensitive-stomached rescue-dog named 'El Jefe'. And while they keep the home life quite entertaining ...every once in a while I get to sneak in a bike ride or hiking adventure, or a few minutes to keep my piano playing from getting too rusty.
