			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Our Project Managers are industry professionals who understand how to utilize PMI methodology and Cisco PPDIOO methodology to manage Network Technology Projects.  Our PM’s work closely with our Project Administrators and Account Managers to create a team-approach for our customers.  Typical activities include kick-off meetings, meeting minutes, agenda creation, milestone management, construction management, customer meetings, closeout documentation and inter-company communications.</p>

<p>Job Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li> Unbelievable Communications skills including the ability to create a customized compelling value proposition to the customer;</li>
<li>Fantastic follow-up skills, including mutli-tasking, task management</li>
<li>The ability to work in a multi-contact environment for large customers and navigate complex, political environments.</li>
<li>Self-motivated. Our Account Managers DRIVE business and rely upon their own creativity and personality to engage prospects and customers.</li>
<li>Team sell. Our solutions require working together with a variety of NIC Partners departments. Our sales are also technical and require a team sale.</li>
<li>Computer savvy. Account Managers must be very familiar with email, MS Office, the internet and must be able to communicate expertly in a variety of methods (email, documentation, voicemail, etc.).</li>
<li>Strategic Planning. Our Account Managers develop Strategic Selling Plans and create goals and plans to achieve those objectives.</li>
<li>Understands technology. In an ever-changing environment, the more you already know about Cisco technologies, the better. Preferred candidates will have their Cisco Certified Sales Expert (CSE) or equivalent.</li>
<li>Driving. Our Account Managers may find customers all over Southern California and beyond. We&#8217;re looking for candidates that are aggressive and want to go where our prospects might be. Los Angeles/San Diego is a big territory.</li>
