<p>As a Cisco Video Surveillance ATP Partner, NIC Partners brings a unique set of skills to potential customers, combining a proven physical-security track record with Cisco expertise.</p>
<p>NIC PARTNERS has again met the resource requirements for the ATP &#8211; Video Surveillance program and has demonstrated its qualifications to sell, install, and support customers with ATP &#8211; Video Surveillance products and solutions in USA. To qualify for the Video Surveillance ATP Program, NIC Partners had to meet a number of requirements, from having staff who fulfill specific job responsibilities to achieving the Cisco Express Foundation Specialization. Those requirements are designed to help a partner maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.</p>
<p>Cisco values the ongoing commitment and expertise that NIC PARTNERS has demonstrated and looks forward to continuing this valuable relationship. The Cisco ATP Program is a key part of Cisco&#8217;s emerging technology go-to-market strategy. The program helps define the knowledge, skills and services that channel partners need to successfully sell, deploy and support a subject technology. The site, <a href="http://www.nicpartnersinc.com/">www.nicpartnersinc.com</a>, is designed to allow customers to navigate, in a revolutionary new way, to the information that is most important to them. </p>
<p>The web site categorizes hundreds of thousands of solutions into simplified offerings and allows customers to dynamically design their own technologies online with a web-driven “Solution Builder.”  Each customized solution presents visitors with detailed descriptions, online embedded videos, case studies and white papers specific to their requests.  The site also incorporates social media/networking interaction including a full-featured Forum and Blog.  Customers can link directly to NIC Partners’ sites on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Our Project Managers are industry professionals who understand how to utilize PMI methodology and Cisco PPDIOO methodology to manage Network Technology Projects.  Our PM’s work closely with our Project Administrators and Account Managers to create a team-approach for our customers.  Typical activities include kick-off meetings, meeting minutes, agenda creation, milestone management, construction management, customer meetings, closeout documentation and inter-company communications.</p>

<p>Job Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li> Unbelievable Communications skills including the ability to create a customized compelling value proposition to the customer;</li>
<li>Fantastic follow-up skills, including mutli-tasking, task management</li>
<li>The ability to work in a multi-contact environment for large customers and navigate complex, political environments.</li>
<li>Self-motivated. Our Account Managers DRIVE business and rely upon their own creativity and personality to engage prospects and customers.</li>
<li>Team sell. Our solutions require working together with a variety of NIC Partners departments. Our sales are also technical and require a team sale.</li>
<li>Computer savvy. Account Managers must be very familiar with email, MS Office, the internet and must be able to communicate expertly in a variety of methods (email, documentation, voicemail, etc.).</li>
<li>Strategic Planning. Our Account Managers develop Strategic Selling Plans and create goals and plans to achieve those objectives.</li>
<li>Understands technology. In an ever-changing environment, the more you already know about Cisco technologies, the better. Preferred candidates will have their Cisco Certified Sales Expert (CSE) or equivalent.</li>
<li>Driving. Our Account Managers may find customers all over Southern California and beyond. We&#8217;re looking for candidates that are aggressive and want to go where our prospects might be. Los Angeles/San Diego is a big territory.</li>
