Customer Satisfaction Excellence is the highest distinction a partner can achieve within the Cisco Channel Partner Program. Partners achieving this honor are identifiable by the “Gold Star” indicator in the Cisco website. For the ninth consecutive year, NIC Partners has been awarded this distinction.

Cisco CSATTo qualify for Customer Satisfaction Excellence recognition, the Certified Partner must meet or exceed a high level of criteria requirements. NIC Partners will be recognized for Customer Satisfaction Excellence in the Cisco Partner Locator with a special gold star indicator representing this achievement.

According to John Chambers, the recently retired CEO of Cisco, “Our key differentiating feature is our fanatical approach to customer satisfaction.”

This year Cisco will be retiring the Customer Satisfaction Star of Excellence. As this is the last year Cisco’s partners will be recognized by Cisco in this way, receiving this recognition is an honor and something we at NIC Partners are very proud of accomplishing.
