Cisco Unified Attendant Consoles

The Cisco Unified Enterprise Attendant Console is a feature-rich and scalable operator attendant console solution specifically designed for Cisco’s Unified Communications Manager. The console supports up to 25 operator clients with a directory size of more than 100,000 Cisco Unified IP Phones (the solution is also available as Business Console with support of up to 500 IP Phones). This application provides the human attendant console operator with the tools to quickly accept and effectively dispatch incoming calls to enterprise users. The application offers a rich set of features, including a call-queuing engine, busy status, and directory search capabilities that are integrated into both Communications Manager and Presence.
 

Cisco Emergency Responder

Cisco Emergency Responder is a software appliance that enhances emergency calling from Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM). It assures that CUCM sends emergency calls to the appropriate Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) for the caller’s location, and that the PSAP can identify the caller’s location, and if necessary, returns the call. Cisco Emergency Responder can also notify customer security personnel of an emergency call in progress and the caller’s location. This solution allows organizations comply more effectively with their legal or regulatory obligations and reduce their risk of liability related to emergency calls. A “must-have” application for CUCM!

Cisco RSVP Agent

For more robust implementations of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco RSVP Agent is an excellent add-on voice application. Cisco RSVP Agent integrates call-processing capabilities with the underlying network infrastructure to deliver call admission control (CAC) and quality of service for Cisco Unified Communications Manager deployments, enhancing business resiliency as a result. Cisco RSVP Agent employs Resource Reservation Protocol (RSVP), an IETF standards-based signaling protocol for reserving bandwidth in an IP network. The solution offers guaranteed WAN bandwidth for voice calls and supports complex network topologies.


Cisco Unified CallConnectors

Cisco’s Unified CallConnector suite extends customer information with call control to the Microsoft Windows desktop, providing integration with popular customer relationship management (CRM) products, enterprise resource planning (ERP) Solutions, or Microsoft Outlook for more effective communications. This product suite allows users to connect with colleagues on the first try by knowing beforehand whether they are available. Users can have transparent collaboration experiences with Cisco Unified Communications services-softphone, mid-call control, messaging, desk-phone control, and phone presence-directly from your PC. This desktop integration is an addition to the Cisco Unified Communications with Microsoft’s solution portfolio for customers and partners seeking to enable interoperability communications between Cisco and Microsoft technology components. It augments existing presence and instant messaging capability of Microsoft Office Communicator with a broad set of Cisco Unified Communications services.

Cisco Unified Mobile Communicator: Cisco Unified Mobile Communicator is an easy-to-use software application that securely extends unified communications to smartphones. It delivers measurable cost savings by routing mobile calls through the corporate telephony infrastructure and productivity enhancements with mobile presence, visual voicemail, corporate directory access, and access to office call logs. With this solution, your mobile users are more connected and real-time access to critical information. Mobile users get alerted to missed office calls and new voice messages. Cisco Unified Personal Communicator (CUPC): CUPC transparently integrates your most frequently used communications applications and services into a single, unified client. From an easy-to-use interface on a PC or Mac, it provides quick and easy access to powerful communications tools – softphone, presence, instant messaging, visual voicemail, click-to-call, employee directory, communication history, video, and web conferencing – to help you communicate effectively and work more productively. Cisco Unified Presence

Cisco Unified Presence is a standards-based platform that collects information about a user’s availability and communications capabilities to provide unified user presence status and facilitate presence-enabled communications for Cisco Unified Communications and critical business applications. Supporting SIP, SIMPLE, SOAP and REST technologies/interfaces, Cisco Presence can interface with other applications to provide presence information and is tightly integrated with various desktop clients and applications. Cisco’s Unified Presence Interfaces include: Cisco Unified Application Environment, Cisco Unified Personal Communicator (CUPC), Cisco Unified Expert Advisor, Cisco Unified Presence with IBM Lotus Sametime, Cisco Unified Application Environment and Cisco Unified Mobility Advantage.
